These terms are the agreement between you and Stocked & Stacked (“Stocked”, “we”, “us”), a service operated in the United Kingdom. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it. You can reach us at hello@stockedandstacked.com.
Not medical advice
Stocked is a general wellness tool that estimates nutrition to help you track trends. It is notmedical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and its numbers are approximations, not measurements. Don't rely on it for medical decisions. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have specific dietary needs, speak to a qualified doctor or dietitian. You're responsible for the choices you make.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple, and you must be at least 16. Keep your account secure; you're responsible for activity under it. Use Stocked lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer it.
Free trial and subscription
New accounts get a 7-day free trial, no card required. To keep using Stocked after that, you subscribe at the price shown at checkout, billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops — we don't charge you again. We don't give partial refunds for the current period unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise. Your logged history remains in your account.
Price changes
We may change the subscription price. If we do, we'll give you notice, and any change applies from your next renewal — never mid-period.
Your data
How we handle your personal data is covered in our privacy policy. To estimate nutrition, the meal text and photos you submit are processed by our AI provider.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Stocked running but provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and, for significant changes, let you know. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
